Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order outfits

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (e.g. jewelry, scarves)

  • Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery

Refund Policy

1. Refund Method

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit or bank transfer, depending on your preference.

2. Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.
