Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit or bank transfer, depending on your preference.
2. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.
